Custom Orders
Any accessory you see on the website can usually be customized to suit your needs. Change the size, clip type, put it on a bowband or change some of the ribbon colors. It’s up to you!
Completely custom / special orders are always welcome too. Feel free to browse the website and let me know if there are any styles, sizes, colors, etc. that you prefer. You can also check out the Clips & Colors section to view color charts and the many different types of ribbons that are available. Just email me at sales@emmasaxton.com and let me know what you are looking for. I am always happy to work with you to design the perfect bow for your special occasions.
Pigtail Bows / Single Bows/ Bowbands
The majority of the bows I sell are sold in pairs. I tend to work in “pigtail” mode as I like to call it. However, I do recognize that many of my customers prefer single bows or bowbands to the pigtail pairs. I am always happy to accommodate this preference.
Ordering Single Bows: The cost for a single bows is half the price of a pigtail pair, plus $1.00. Please email me with a list of the bows you want and your paypal address so I can send you a custom invoice for your order.
Ordering Bowbands: The cost of a bowband is the same as the price for a pigtail pair. You can select the bowband option on the “Clip Styles” drop down list on each item page. During you payment process, please let me know what color band you would like. The color chart is on the Clips & Colors page or click here…Bowband Colors.
Shipping Information
Shortly after your order is places and payment is received, I will send you an email with an approximate shipping date and any questions necessary to complete your order.
Since each accessory is hand-crafted to your specifications each is custom made after your order is complete. Most orders are filled and shipped within two weeks. Large orders and custom designs may take longer. If you need something sooner, please let me know and I will try to accommodate.
If there is a large volume of orders that may potentially slow down your shipping date, I will always try to place a notice on the website home page or notify you by email. Thanks for understanding.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify me within 14 days of receipt of product and I will offer a refund or exchange of the item(s) with no questions asked. All refunds will be issued once I receive the item(s) back. Please note that shipping charges are not refunded and purchaser must pay shipping for returned or exchanged items.
