Make Changes To Your Bows
Since I don't make bows until an order is placed, making changes is easy. Any bow you see on the website can usually be altered to suit your needs. Change the size, clip type, change some of the ribbon colors, etc. It’s totally up to you!

I also may alter some of the ribbons from pictured designs if it is required. Sometimes ribbons colors, prints, etc are discontinued or can be temporarily out of stock or otherwise unobtainable. I substitute ribbons with the next closest color and or print I can find at the time.
Add On's
Check out the Add On's sections in the shop for more options for your bows. I have three different varietys of headbands as well as two sizes of crochet caps. Both are a fabulous way to change up the way you wear your bows. I also have No Slip Grip Strips. These are great little item that can be added to your alligator clip bows to provide extra holding power for fine hair.

Customize It!
Completely custom orders are welcome at any time. Feel free to browse the website and let me know if there are any styles, sizes, colors, etc. that you prefer. You can also check out the Clips & Colors section to view the color chart and the approximately 100 different ribbon colors that are available. Click on the Customize It! link at the bottom of this page for more information. There you will also find my online order form. Feel free to submit any requests there or email me directly at sales@emmasaxton.com. I am always happy to work with you to design the perfect bow for your special occasions.

Shortly after your order is places and payment is received, I will send you an email with an approximate shipping date and any questions necessary to complete your order.

Every Emma Saxton Stuidos bow is hand-made when ordered so it can always be made to meet your specifications. Most orders are filled and shipped within two weeks. I try to ship everything within one week, but this can be delayed if I have a large number of orders or if I need to order in new supplies to complete an order. Large orders (ten or more pairs) and custom designs may take longer too. If you need your order sooner or by a specific date, please let me know and I will try my best to always accommodate.
If there is a large volume of orders that may potentially slow down your shipping date, I will always try to place a notice on the website home page or notify you by email. Thanks for understanding.

Your satisfaction is very important to me and is always GUARANTEED! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify me within 7 days of receipt of product and I will offer a remake or exchange of the item(s). Please note that shipping charges are not refunded and purchaser must pay return shipping for exchanged items. Emma Saxton Studios will pay to ship them back to you.
Repairs
From time to time, clips may wear out, break or pieces of the clip may get lost. I can repair clips at any time. Just ship your bows back to me and I will replace the clips free of charge.
